4. Below average, but would eat if hungry (Stogel [fresh-frozen])
5. Average/typical KSML, would eat if hungry (Borenstein?)
6. Above average KSML (Borenstein?)
7. A good KSML, might even eat if not hungry.

Anyone know the kosher status?

yes that's coke make in japan
It's served in Chabad Tokyo if that helps

The customer service team via email can give up to 250 ETC for an expired meal

UA catering are very "aware" of many expired KSML latelty they are trying to get to the bottom of it. I haven't heard back yet they are quick to blame the local station when it's not US. But in the US they are "sending messages to all stations" about this.  Also some KSMLs have broken ceramics (I had that too) especially the side salad or bowls.  This is due to how they smash-load them into the catering carts.  Also "we're looking into this"

@Dan advice? Do you think we should tell Regal and Fresko to push from their side to purge and review expired or near to expiring stock in the UA catering network?

Prepare for the worst and hope for the best
Since this is a 5th freedom flight there is a possibility that EK may purvey special meals from DXB as they do with many service items
Additionally even if they generally use 1 provider European stations have been know to take a meal that came in from one flight and send it out with a different one
