Using the announcement group in communities should really do the trick.
You can't see contacts of other people in the community unless you are in the same group (besides for the announcement one)

We need an option on the premium paid version that will REPLACE the posts of any users you ignore with unrelated posts from other users, so that you don't know that the ignored user even posted anything. The replacement posts should be of a subject that doesn't interest the user, but that doesn't bother them either. For example, a post from Randomex about the starting sequence of Monopoly Ice, or a joke about how tall Fishy is.

Sounds like you should be able to make a Chrome add in that replaces an ignored post with a picture of Chaim.

It became the norm to be able attach photos. But when I send a pm there's no option to attach.
Have to make a post and add and copy link from there to here.

Still no way to attach a photo to PM.
