Can this plan be used as a hotspot?
I believe you have to pay an extra $10 for 1GB of wifi hotspot.
how much is total with tax?how much are the phones?
Just to elaborate on that, I had a sprint business plan & was trying to join a framily plan, however when i called up sprint to join i was told that i have to downgrade to a personal plan & then switch to the framily plan. After hearing that i went over to the sprint store in Boro Park where the rep told me that's nonsense & instantly joined me to an existing framily account. Now i must stress that i was out of contract, the rep told me that those in contract who are looking to switch can do so but have to open a new framily plan.

Thanks for posting. One of my lines is still under contract. Darn.
I have business lines off contract and I have 2 personal lines on, I can create framily on personal than add 5 from biz? Sound good?
is it worth it to change from a family plan to this framily plan? With the family all 5 lines have unlimited Internet , and upgrades every 2 years...
Depends on your usage, we found that no one on my family plan was using more than a GB a month, and for most phones, even if you divide the cost into 24 monthly payments it still comes out cheaper.
And if you don't buy an iphone or the NEWEST phone it's for sure saving a lot. For example You can buy an HTC one for well under $400 right now. And a Nexus 5. The windows phones are even cheaper ( thought not as great. ) It can potentially save you a lot of money.
Any older phones recommended? Is an older iPhone so bad?
