I never had this issue before. If I choose the free shipping option it doesn't let me checkout unless I accept or decline Prime. But if I decline prime, it takes me from checkout back to cart. How do I check out?

Yup.Calling usually works, although it's insane that it has to get to that.Most recently they didn't even have the option for a ups drop off point. They wouldn't give me a label, even over the phone.Most they could do was schedule ups pickup for free, which was actually more inconvenient for me.
This & this appear to be the same thing, yet 1 is $17 more, has a better rating, & selling 3k+ per month compared to 700+ per month. Why ?
