I never had this issue before. If  I choose the free shipping option it doesn't let me checkout unless I accept or decline Prime. But if I decline prime, it takes me from checkout back to cart. How do I check out?

I changed my payment methodand changed it back and that worked!

Yup.
Calling usually works, although it's insane that it has to get to that.
Most recently they didn't even have the option for a ups drop off point. They wouldn't give me a label, even over the phone.
Most they could do was schedule ups pickup for free, which was actually more inconvenient for me.

I was recently re-charged after getting refunded after a return, Amazon emailed me a claim form which i submitted,
now they keep emailing me nitpicking issues with the claim form.

has anyone had a similar experience?
