I have done it successfully more than once, but not in the last month.
I am unsure if they changed their change policy of late, but if they still allow free changes then it should still work.

Never tried revenue tickets, i was referring to tickets booked using Aeroplan miles (title of the thread so i took it for granted that this was self understood)

Anyone know how to use eCoupon for bags on Air Canada?

On payment page "We accept ... and eCoupon," but when I enter coupon number in "card number" field, it does not go through.

Is there any good way or good time of day to contact Aeroplan?

I need to change a flight and the website says I can't change online and have to call.

Called a few times last night and they weren't taking any calls due to high volume.
Spent 2 hours waiting on hold earlier tonight and then had to get off.
Tried again now and again they're not taking calls.

Any time of day best, or any alternative to contact them?

There are no flights available on the date you selected (Jun 28), but there may be flights on other days. Modify your search for more options.

I'd try calling the minute they open. If they're open 24/7 then you could try calling in the middle of the night (obviously that's a PITA for you though)

I'm trying to book a one way flight with miles. I found a flight that shows up when searching for round trip but then when I try to search one way it doesn't show up. Any ideas?
(Trying to book from TLV-JFK through BRU on Brussels Airline, showing up as 40k but only showing up when part of roundtrip)

I want to book a Copa airlines ticket PTY- JFK -
I found it available for 12.5K Aeroplan miles, I transferred miles, but every time I try booking it, it gives me an error- "an error occurred and we cant complete the process, please try again error 36803.
I called them to try to book through a phone agent (after waiting over an hour) and she didnt see that flight available. (When I search the flight comes and goes each time I search)
Any ideas?
