any advice on this?
depends what you use the card for
It’s been a while but if I remember correctly freedom has 5x per dollar on select spending categories capped at a certain amount and switches categories quarterly. Unlimited does 1.5 points per dollar always. So choose what you wish

Freedom has rotating categories of 5x pts.  If  you can maximize it, you can rake in a up to 24,000 bonus points.
Freedom Unlimited doesn't have that, but everything earns 1 1/2 points. It would take $16,000 of spending to make the 24K you can potentially with the Freedom.
advice: Keep the Freedom and apply for a new FU.

just an additional pointer. You can make the aforementioned 24,000 points with the freedom ONLY in the select categories of merchants  of that quarter, it’s not across all merchants. So you have to cheshbon that in

Is it possible to have a position that Israel is wrong in the way they are handling the Palestine issue and still condemn the terrorist organization Hammas?

Is tefilin only for Jews?
Technically not really, though not encouraged.

In other words, while the law appears to be in favour of them doing so, if they should wish to do so, and while it may even be possible to construe the Rambam's words as suggesting that they even receive some degree of merit (despite not performing a mitzvah), there is also scope for a less lenient position, as per the Radbaz, and as per a possible extrapolation from the writings of the Rema and the Magen Avraham.

What is the method many use here to bypass a paywall? Clicking the X no longer works.

Can someone explain to me why a seller in NJ would ship a book to NY using DHL Global Mail with 4-13 business days delivery time?

And this is after actually charging $5.50 for shipping. Absurd.

Yes

Sellers negotiate really good rates with DHL that are significantly cheaper than USPS. Just because it will be a pain for you to have your item go to Secaucus (that's where it was when I was dealing with them a bunch of years ago) will not make it worthwhile for a seller to create rules that certain zip codes get shipped USPS or whatever.

Though in all likelihood, you will get the item within the same time as USPS first class would get you the item, albeit with a higher risk the item will just get stuck in Secaucus without ever making its way to you.

As for the $5 shipping charge, they must have no competition and are charging you because they can.
