i'm in it to win it. being behind a week doesn't excite me. now if it was a "hit your goals and split the pot" type competition vs "winner take all" I would join.

Family and friends, and use bank account add finding source, otherwise receiver loses 2.9% +$0.30.

So we start tomorrow!

First thing- weigh yourself. Even though you're still young and you've got an awesome memory, record the weight. Write it down, put into an app like MyFitnessPal or using the Health app most smartphones come with. If you don't write it down, you might forget (you are human, after all) the exact number or get confused as each day's numbers add up. You might also find it inspiring later on to look at the downward trend you've created!

It's also worth it to take down your measurements. That way if your fat loss is showing itself as muscle gain and isnt easily recognizable on the scale- you won't be frustrated.

A good way to start you day is following the "30 in 30" rule. That's 30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking.

The best way to stick to any plan is to be prepared.

Make sure to plan your meals ahead so that when you get hungry you know what to do instead of just finding the closest thing edible.

Some great snacks to have on hand:
nuts
crunchy veggies
beef jerky (make sure there's no added sugar)
no sugar added nut butters (sweet, and so satisfying)
