You're usually right, but on this particular forum, there are many nice people with interesting and productive things to say who just aren't great with spelling or grammar.
To your point, yes, he is a troll. It has been pointed out to me that for every person who posts on these threads, there are many, many multiples of people who are just reading and gathering information. Under normal circumstances, trolls can be ignored. But when they post fake facts that encourage dangerous behavior, they should be called out and shut down by everyone.
Too often we roll our eyes and ignore people spewing garbage, dismissing them as conspiracy theorist and fringe elements, assuming everyone else will ignore them like we do. I think we can learn from the prevalence of the anti-vaxxer factions in our communities about how dangerous that attitude is.
