This seems like such a silly way to approach it - straight bashing Dor Yesharim. She portrays them as almost evil, without any real rationale. If you're offering a better alternative, wonderful - like CBC said, competition is great for the consumer.
The 2 things I noticed about Jscreen:
They tout is as being cheaper, because of insurance. But then there's no real information (at least that I could find) on their site as to which insurance qualifies. I can't imagine it's a blanket rule, that any insurance will pay out for this testing, allowing them to fix 1 price to all people with insurance. If your insurance isn't included, the price jumps to $350, which is obviously already more than DY. Maybe it's worth it, but at least be upfront about it.
They're very proud of not having the anonymous matching system. And maybe that's the proper way to do this in an ideal world. But that's not the world we live in. That system is IMO the bedrock of why Dor Yesharim was successful. Without it, you may find many people unwilling to participate, and many more who participated, but then find it useless because the other side doesn't want to exchange info.
