Lizhensk Stopover to/from NYC-TLV

What would be best routing for a one-two day stopover to get to Lizhensk on the way to or from NYC-TLV? Prefer from TLV as we have availability going to TLV at this point.
Also looking for reliable driver to take family of 4-8 people to and from whichever airport works out.

I once had a flight from TLV-RZE and then got a driver to Warsaw for the Warsaw to nyc flight, but don’t see the TLV-RZE flight now. Maybe if you’re flying farther out you can find it (RZE is only 45 min to the tzion)
