Good pshetel, but I'll bet you a penguin that they meant to write perspective .BTW I noticed one one of the new videos that the flyby rendering showed a bunch of pools. So I guess it will be an option for some house types.
To set a few controversial facts straight:1) this man has tried to establish multiple communities in the past 2) he tried to establish a community in Orlando outskirts with R' Kesler from Viznits backing it, but R Kesler backed out so that fell apart.3) he is an activist for low budgeting but is now supporting a new development that is more expensive than cheaper places in NY (like blumingburg)4) R' Moskowits who is supporting this was involved in multiple projects that didn't work out.5) There is a big factor with this person's heavy involvement in anti vax propaganda, he is from the founders of the Cheder in Monsey (bais shulem I think) that's only for anti vaxxers. Point is this person has a problem with the liberal NY. I met him personally this week, and have more questions than answers.I really hope the community does work out with great success, I'm just lowering the expectations.
Who is the Anti Vaxer? אליעזר קרויס or R' Moskowits
(Moskowitz is the former rosh Yeshiva from נר תורה in Monsey)
AP dead or Obi dead?
How can they be sure that the people committing to buy are serious about moving there and aren't just buying summer homes?
There seems to be a serious vetting process to what you can add to the community
as much as i understand why they need to vet people it turns me off from the whole idea so much
i think they’re doing it mainly so they have a infrastructure they need to fill classes jobs ect.. basic things and roles to make it work and later to expand once something’s working they want to have teachers tutors daynaim subs rebeim cooks mashgichim store owners they’re going to have hatzalah Chaveirim a 24/7 health center so these things have to be portioned at least in the beginning you can’t accept 100 people and find out that they’re all cooks and you have no rebbeim
100% like i said i understand but it just makes me uncomfortable to think i have to be chosen to go live somewhere by some random investorslike "am i worth investing into"
Don't see why you are viewing it that way. They are not viewing it that way.
I’m guessing it’s just initial they have expansion plans
that's what i understood as well
What is going to happen with his shul in Monsey?
