Never been to KRM, NKS, or this Cinese establishment but I've yet to find a portion of Sesame Chicken for less than 14.99 which is almost 100% more than this place. 1/4lb and 75% sounds made up. I'm in the food business, most portions are about 1/2lb-3/4lb (2-3 cutlets) and like 50% batter.
Find 1 kosher place in the entire U.S. that has a portion of Sesame Chicken for $7.99 then I'll agree with this.

I'm sold. Still have a lot of questions though.
You're just overestimating the raw material being used by these places.
Ungers CLE donuts cost a $1.50 or $2 and are humongous, taste delicious, with have plenty of filling.
if it tastes really good I jokingly say it doesn't taste kosher. Maybe there actually is a correlation between food tasting really good and not being kosher.
Every place in Brooklyn until recently maybe (I haven't been in a couple of years)?
Oh and BTW mentioning Ungar's donuts without serving them to the listeners or readers is a serious shayla of losachsom.
I changed my mind set on that part, now how you explain a restaurant owner of a kosher restaurant buying 200lb of non kosher raw material, and if there is a valid reason, why can't the owner just state it?
Supposedly he also had a treif restaurant
