We met Rob on the Metro to the #MarchForIsrael rally. Rob told us he never had a Bar Mitzvah or put on Teffilin in his life. He told us that his grandfather left him a pair of Teffilin that he wore, but it got lost and he never put them on.

Rob told us with tears in his eyes how happy he was to do this mitzvah and have his Bar Mitzvah now on the train to #MarchForIsrael and specifically for the miraculous return of the hostages.

Some people came prepared for Chabad (reminds me of the guy who goes to sleep on an airplane wearing a hat that says Shoyn ge'davent):

This reminds me of one time a cousin of mine sent me to WAS to visit the local office of his company, it was located next to a certain airport hotel so I just waited at that hotel shuttle station. All of a sudden a shuttle of a different hotel stops by and the driver addresses me in Hebrew asking where I need to go. When I mentioned my destination he told me to hop on and he would drive me. I was going to ask him "מאיפה יהודי" but was a tad hesitant, so I asked, "מאיפה אתה" to which he answered, "מירושלים, יש לי בית על הר הזיתים" (only Arabs have houses there).

Such incredible Achdus today at the March!

Dan & I wrapped some tefillin!

For every tefillin we wrapped $777.26 is being donated to tefillin for IDF soldiers!

There were dozens of guys going around wrapping tefillin nonstop! And everyone was so appreciative and happy to do a mitvza for Israel.

I am so honored to be a part of this.

We have 3,800 soldiers who want to start wrapping tefilllin everyday and together we can help them!

So many good speeches though. I’m glad all these leaders in the Capitol showed up with their presence and message. Lipstadt was a professional speech but very strong as well. And the hostage families were heartbreaking, but so powerful too.
