NJ.com posted an extensive piece today about corruption at the Attorney General's OPIA. This is big, as David Wildstein only gets about 200,000 clicks a month, while NJ.com get about 20 million. IINM, it's the largest New Jersey media outlet.

It's working for me on my phone. I don't know if this is sensitive data or not. I don't think so but would want to confirm.
I got it from my wifi advanced settings. It's an IP address. If it's not sensitive I can give you the address.

There's nothing sensitive about your DNS, but it may not help him.

From googling it looks like quad9 works, reddit should help you here
