I just rented electric bikes by this place 30 minutes from Lakewood south by exit 63 off the gsp Tips hardware they had great bikes and amazing trails it was the most fun i had in years

It was 65$ for the whole day per bike and less if you take it for shorter i think it was $40 for 2 hours
They also had kayaks for rent as well with a really nice place to go boating really quiet and relaxing

I have a friend who's landlord is trying to evict him. Does anyone know any Askan who can help drag on the case for a few months or even a year until my friend can find a new place?

unfortunately as was discussed in other threads this is here to stay for the near future with the out of control housing prices, out of control rental market and tight supply (and interest rate hike)

Exactly. Until now most never cared much about contracts, and people dealt with goodwill in both directions since forever. With the current situation it's become very difficult to do so. If there wasn't anticipation of goodwill, contracts would've been written very, very, differently.

There are 2 sides to each contract, 5 years ago the tenants had the upper hand. If they anticipated the contract being exercised they wouldn't agree to a contract that doesn't protect them.
