If they would take a public stand over everything someone does that is not good chinuch they would be doing it all day and not have time for anything else.

FWIW My Rav did speak out against this publicly a few years ago.

Every Rav has to pick his battles. Something tells me that if your Rav weighed the risk/reward of speaking out against this one-day-a-year issue for a specific age bracket of one gender, he may find that his 'speaking out' allowance is better used elsewhere.

Sure, a Rav could choose to speak out against every issue that he sees, but he quickly won't have anyone to speak to. That ending doesn't help anyone.

I imagine an issue like this might be better solved by Rosh Yeshivos of each yeshiva speaking to their bochurim, parents speaking to their kids, or the leadership of each mossad that does this realizing that they may be misusing tzedakah money. I wouldn't be surprised if many of those two categories are already trying to work on it.

 It’s just an easy cop out so say the rabbanim are asleep. I’m sure more can be done than just kvetching anonymously online.
The rabbinim I know have more the enough in their plate.

Also, do you have any issues with all the fancy parlor meetings
or do only the adults get the good stuff?
