I need an ac for my bedroom. What's my best option and where is cheap. Window unit or regular?
Window unit they don't sell here and you will need to but secondhand off someone.
For split units go to B'nai hayeshivas.

You can rent from this guy, 053-315-1710. He has old American window units for 25-35 shek a day.
He over estimates the power of his units, add square meters on to the room that you're trying to air-condition.

Don't rent. What a waste of good Jewish money. Renting for the summer is 1500, buying for life can be 1000.

The money is remaining Jewish.
But you're right, though it's an option until one finds one.

Electra is from the better ones. Double check that it has heat also (95% do) and that its including ALL aspects of installation including making the hole and running the cable.

If Electra is of the better ones, does that mean that there are cheaper ones? I don't need heat.

There are cheaper companies. Also if needed you can pay 36 payments without any interest.

Don't have the number offhand but the place up bar illan near sharei revacha I think is supposed to have good prices. Around now is when all the stores advertise their sales all over. Check the Hebrew circulars.
