I see that YQ on MU for a OW PVG-JFK is about $215. Is that how much KE is going to charge me?

Yes, remember you can't do OW on KE with partners.

Right. Can I do open jaw? Meaning JFK-ICN-HKG on KE and SIN-PVG-JFK on MU?

Nope, that wouldn't work. You can do an OJ, but needs to arrive and depart from the same nation.
(EX: PVG/CAN would work, since they are both in China)

I put on hold a reservation for 2 people (me and wife) on KE out of my KE account. Can I just transfer all the miles to that account and complete the booking online? Or I have to open up a separate mileage account for the second pax and deposit the mileage in her account?

Also do they still require the fax gesheft?

Easiest way is to open an account in your wife's name and have them transfer the ressy to her account, but the 2 ressy's will be linked.

Make sure to have them add you and your wife's DOB to the ressy and you should be able to ticket it online.
