Wouldn't be able to share that place. They didn't have much left. I don't often buy VRs in Manhattan, besides all of the stores that I used to no longer sell VRs or they still do but others get there before me and hide them. Usually I buy VRs in Brooklyn but haven't been able to find any in a week. Will hit a couple of stores in the morning.

I found a CVS in North Jersey which had some. My first purchase triggered a fraud alert and i had to call a number and get an authorization code from Chase for the store to use. Next couple of times i called Chase prior to the purchase and alerted them of my upcoming spending and the transaction went through. Last time i went in it triggered an alert again which needed the managers approval before it went through, She told me that the store started a new policy that they are only accepting cash for these cards due to all the issues with the alerts being triggered. My advice, call Chase before you make the purchase and have them mark down that you are making a large spend at CVS.
I will try the store again and see if i can get a different employee. Also have located another CVS nearby which has some reload cards and were accepting CC.

I'm referring to the big chains, it's possible you might find some in a local store although I doubt it.
