Done so many times payment is not needed. But they do recommend paying so that no additional penalties will be added until the get to your appeal

please pm if you had good experiences with them so i know whom to use
so far they never won for me, but i did win mself on occassion
this time i dont have any good defense (esp for my speeding camers ticket)

Try defending with a few points, and if the judge doesn't address all of them, then appeal.
On a side note, there are some nice bike racks on Amazon.

But it also says this, making it sound like if you paid or going to shouldn't use the form to appeal:

"Instructions: Use this form only if you want to request an appeal of your hearing decision.  If you accept the judge’s decision and are going to pay or have paid the amount imposed, you should not submit this form. "

Appealed a ticket and received judgment stating “adjourned” Where are the judge is asking for additional evidence anyone know how to submit? I cannot dispute the ticket again and there was no information on how to submit more evidence. They fine now shows N/A

Recently I checked another website (lookup by plate #) and saw that my ticket had entered Judgement. It's now over a year so I officially cannot request an appeal. Does anyone know if there's anything to do at this point?

Got a bus camera ticket adjourned, submitted evidence but apparently it was the wrong spot. Anyone know where to submit evidence?

Make sure you have a screen recording of the process of going to the dispute site and looking up the ticket and that message showing at least

The dismissal rate definitely went down recently partly because lots are being done ex parte and the good judges are no longer doing broker hearings. But obviously depends on the tickets com/pas hand written/scanned....

Also says obstructed driveway but online it was added PEDESTRIAN RAMP any ideas if this can be void?

If you you have a new york registration, then its required and will be dismissed.

Yes in if NY then there are some required details that will invalidate the ticket if missing. Regarding driveway or pedestrian ramp they are both different VC(violation codes) and fines. Which is written on the ticket? If you want you can pm the ticket number, and ill let you know

If its a scanned ticket and you were not in the car at the time. 99% guilty unless they messed up on the address
