Is there a way to get them to switch credit cards after charged?

Booked room online with my credit card that has all the offers, upon checkin person gave their card (no offers) and told them to bill credit card on file (that was used to book room and on account) sure enough they charged their card. Front desk states they can't do anything...any way to get Marriott to switch cards?
yes, reach out to hotel management.
I've done it before a few times

Was just able to book an upgrade with cash room on a free night certificate. Took a few huca but got it. They had to book as points plus cash, and then change it to the certificate. Just means you have to have those points available in your account.

Is there anyway to guarantee connecting rooms? I'm always told it's not guaranteed and it ultimately never happens and were lucky to even be on the same floor.
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

Any ideas what to pick for Platinum gift? 5 suite awards? When do they expire? If I choose 5 night elite credit would it roll over to next year?

Will not roll over and 5 suite nights expire Dec 31 2021.

SNA are usually the best at 50.

If someone booked a room (cash and no marriott account) is there a way to apply the reservation to my marriott account (for stay credit)? Cancel and rebooking is not curently an option.

Looking for a place to use 3 free night awards (35K) for a Thursday-Sunday within a 45 walk of a minyan. They expire August 1. Scenic area in USA preferred. Any ideas? Also preferably within 3 hour flight or 7 hour drive of NJ. Thanks!

Upgrade a Marriott card to the RC one and use the club upgraded vouchers. Only works on paid stay

I know this is over a year ago but it's worth a shot.
When u say upgrade you mean to a suite? Or the price in points was too high for your free night certificate, and you were able to add cash.
