So you're not even at the step of copying it yet  . You need to extract data from scanned files, and then extract them to a spreadsheet.

I don't think there is any free or simple way to do it.

Why do you need the isnumber for red?

Multi column matching and referencing to bring back values, where the data format being referenced doesn't match exactly. (Last Name, First Name to First Name Last Name, DOB style etc.)
