Basically I have lots of papers with names/addresses that need to be scanned and have the text extracted and then copy/pasted to excel. Is that possible? Thanks for your help!

I need to copy/paste a list of names with addresses to excel. Any way to do it in mass instead of each name/address seperately?
I found this. https://nanonets.com/image-to-excel
It’s pretty good..

So you're not even at the step of copying it yet  :-\. You need to extract data from scanned files, and then extract them to a spreadsheet.

I don't think there is any free or simple way to do it.

Need some help with conditional formatting. Some background-
I chart staffing hours every week (with each position in another row and each week in a new column). It's a running spreadsheet. I would like the cells in each column turn green/red based on if the number is lower/higher than the previous week's similar cell (in the same row). How would I use conditional formatting to automatically do that for me?

Something along the following lines:
Formula for red:
Code: [Select]
=AND(ISNUMBER(C2),C2<B2)Formula for green:
Code: [Select]
=C2>B2Both Applies to:
Code: [Select]
=$C$2:$T$1000

Why do you need the isnumber for red?

Otherwise first empty column gets all red, since it's "less than" column before it...

Multi column matching and referencing to bring back values, where the data format being referenced doesn't match exactly. (Last Name, First Name to First Name Last Name, DOB style etc.)

You should be able to manage that easily with power query

Does xlookup work with dropdowns?
I want to use drop down menus to name columns and then have xlookup pull whichever column has that name selected.

sounds like an index-match formula will work for you.
