Trying to book an AA flight from PTY-MIA.
I don’t have and AA points, so debating between CX and BA.
For some reason, BA charges a $140 “tourism tax” that other partners don’t. Any explanation to this?

When booking a RT I’m not getting this tax. Seems to be an error but not sure if there’s anything I can do about it.
