How did you get from "knowing someone personally" to "spending your life together"?

I just saw a sticker saying "sometimes you meet someone and from the first moment you know you want to spend the rest of your life without them" and decided to stick it in to my argument, but I agree - it didn't come out right.

Basically, a persons personality is a huge character trait, which tells you much about him, which you can only see if you meet him in person. Hence "knowing someone personally" must include meeting them in person.

Agree to disagree. A) when you know that much about someone, it's pretty personal, even if you're missing their in person personality. B) You can get a pretty good handle on someone's personality by the way they post, and this has been confirmed with people I've met irl after conversing with them online.

I do regret not attending DOs and DD seminars in my early DDF days. There's not much more that I like doing than putting faces to names and playing Jewish geography. Though my dislike of awkward social interactions still hasn't changed....

The ads are generated by your viewing history, not your purchase history. Not sure why they don't disable certain ads once the item has been purchased, but so be it. I bought a toilet seat once, now amazon thinks I'm serial toilet seat collector.
