Is that the norm for a claim with my VentureX, that they want you to buy a replacement for the item your filing for.
Clothing i bought was defective, bought it from another country, opened a claim for under $100. they called to tell me i need to buy a replacement comparable to the item I'm claiming to get the money back for it.
Didn't think you would need to busy buying other clothing in place, to be reimbursed up to the original dollar amount.
is this how it works with card benefit services?
