till elections 4 years from the last. but they can't really make any new laws just fool around with the current budget.

yes, but they are still able to pass a budget if they have a minority government as long as they get more votes for than anti. so if they would have 59-58 and 3 abstentions (i.e. bribed arabs), a new budget could still be passed.
