I think a question a lot of people will be having if they only filed 2018 taxes and had a child since then if that extra child is counted.

The usual law is that it doesn't have to be, and the new legislation doesn't mention it all...

My understanding is that it's:
a) up to a certain amount (2.5 of payroll or payroll + benefits)
b) if there is no reduction of workforce (if there is grant will be reduced by that %)
c) if employees continue to be paid through June

That I got. However what does it mean if they give a loan and then forgive it? A loan is something I need to pay back. Forgiveness is like a handout. How does it work if it's set up to be a loan that's forgiven? Do I have to make monthly interest payments until it's forgiven? When will it be forgiven??

For someone to apply for unemployment. Do they have to do anything besides apply online?
