Slightly OT,
The consulate now sends instructions to open a MyTravelGov account to apply for a "CRBA" only problem is that no matter what I try I can't login to my newly created (and activated) account, I get "Sorry, the identification you entered was not recognized. Please try again."
I understand that the passport renewal program is closed, does that effect MyTravelGov entirely? The consulate insists this is the only way to go and they cannot assist me with technical issues.
