TBH I have not tried LibreOffice in a while, but WPS is very much the same layout and options and M$ Office while LibreOffice is a different layout.

Because that is what most people are used to that, and personally I think that it is much easier to use.

You can get a key that will work, from eBay, for about $5.
You can get volume activation (kms) free.

I do legal work and need to convert pdf's to word so that I can edit the word doc.  or add additional info to converted doc.-
 The native language that I work in is Greek and PDF'S and WORD Greek are mostly Greek -I do not want to pay monthly or yearly - what is best for me and who offers the best price
