So I went to the farm on Friday to fetch a few yogurts, I wanted to make sure I'm getting the freshest and I was in the area anyway. What should I say... the OP's long megilah was no exaggeration. These yogurts are creamy and smooth as it gets, zero tartness but not too sweet, and tastes absolutely delicious! Like Exgingi, I've also wondered whether these are regular yogurts or some sort of soft creamy cheese. Today I was back at the farm, this time to really stock up.
If I may share my 2 cents what I picked up.
IMO maple is their best flavor, delicious and not too sweet. Vanilla bean was a bit too sweet. The guy working at the farm stand (an einikel of the Chofetz Chaim zt"l !) also confirmed that maple yogurt is their hottest item. (I did not see any plain yogurts not at the farm and not in the grocery)
They started to produce peach and blueberry yogurts too, was only available in smaller cups as a sort of tasting option. Was delicious as well and far better than the big brands, but maple is king IMO.
When produced, it's dated about a month ahead, so don't expect later expiration dates.
For $2.75 at the farm and probably more than that at your local supermarket, these aren't cheap, but definitely worth it for such a superb product.
Thanks
@wayfe for introducing it here!
