Fair enough. The video shows him putting his hands on the child and then his arm around him and walking him towards the door. The mother stopped him and took her child from him.
It what world does crossing that line show he is innocent?
Would a video of a man touching a woman be crossing the line? But what if it is clearly explained after that the man was a paramedic and the woman was in cardiac arrest?
In this case, the halacha of not walking between two women, along with a lot of outside factors, was more than sufficient to convince everyone here that no malicious intentions were in play. And with a good lawyer, that could probably be communicated in court as well.
