Can someone please paste an email they sent to an airline complaining about no KSML? I booked 3 people in business class on UA for tonight EWR-TLV and they were informed that there is no KSML for them. And the Chutzpeh is that instead of apologizing they just said that there was no KSML requested. In fact I called in 2 times to confirm that the KSML request is in there and I just called again and the rep indeed confirmed that KSML are requested.
The following is an email I wrote for my father to send to united. He got 5,000 mileage plus miles.
To whom this may concern,
On November _, 2014 I took a flight from ewr to tlv. I had ordered a kosher meal in advance and it was written on my itinerary that I would get one. Well, when it came my turn for my food, the flight attendant said that they ran out and I wasn't even on the list. I said yes I was on the list bec I saw the meals lined up behind the middle section last row and the list was on top. My name didn't have next to it a black magic market mark but my name was on the list. I couldn't believe she said my name wast on the list - the nerve. I had also called the airline 48 hours before the flight to confirm that I had it.
Now I am a big guy and need to be fed. I didn't bring real food because I was relying on the plane food. This was a very long flight, about 9 and a half hrs. Sometime later in the flight, the flight attendant brought me just the "main hot" portion, but it was freezing cold -yuk. I am a frequent United airlines flyer for many years. I expect better and more organized customer service.
Respectfully, I await your expeditious reply.
Sincerely,
