I recently gave in to fight a
Fire Hydrant, an Alternate Side, and a Bus Stop (got all of them in a 72 hour period... yeah, right??

)

They (The Parking Expert) charged the full $275 (to pay off the tickets) + $137, and one of those charges are supposed to be refunded when the decision comes back.

50% of the tickets, if the tickets are disputed that's their commission, if tickets are not disputed, they'll refund the $137.

They charge the full amount which goes directly to the state/city to pay off the tickets, +50% for their commission.

I'm sorry for not being clear enough, I said the charge for the full tickets go *directly* to the state/city, with *directly* I meant *directly* to the state/city...

And if the tickets are dismissed, the state/city refunds the full amount.

You don't have to, but you have the option of doing it and then get refunded,

I did it, because it was a rental, and I didn't want Avis to hit me with any fees.
