Ticket for expired inspection. He wrote the wrong address. I was parked on Rockaway Ave, he wrote Rockaway Parkway. The address that he wrote is a real address a few blocks away from where I was parked, but I obviously have no way of proving where I was parked. Any way I could use that to get it dismissed?
ETA: I googled the address he wrote (1185 Rockaway Pkwy), and it comes up on Google Maps, but I drove by, and there's no actual building with that address. What kind of evidence could I submit to show this?
number one I'll tell you is to get a new inspection sticker.
And yes definitely write that the officer issued a ticket claiming that my vehicle was parked at this address, and there is no such address.
Let alone i never parked at this location.
And if you get yourself a new inspection sticker you could actually claim in the defense that I have a valid inspection sticker. Lol
But yes that's a valid defense.
you can write in the defense, you can actually try to Google that address but no such address will come up.
Meaning there is no 1185... That's a made up address.
