I think you misunderstood me a second time.
The thread is whether we should go to this hotel, and if we can eat there. The answer is Yes. 100%
What you'll find (btw there are local restaurants that are mehadrin as well) depends on what they are serving. Sometimes most dishes are Beis Yosef sometimes they not. sometimes when they have a big shabbos they use a better hecsher. That will be on a case by case basis. but will there be something you can eat? I'm pretty certain of it. And in terms of shemitah, when I went there both times, everyone between the mashgichim and the secular Israelis were very Machmir about it.
Again, before you arrive, call the mashgiach. He will make sure there is food of your liking (hecsher) there for you. Once you arrive, you must also ask the mashgiach what you can and cannot eat.
