Anybody noticed JetBlue is charging now $35 a checked bag?
Applies to bookings made on or after 1/11/24. For bookings made before 1/11/24, the fee for the first bag is $35 within 24 hours of departure or $30 if more than 24 hours before departure

I booked my flight before 1/11, but when I attempted to prepurchase the bag on Monday it came up as $35. I called JB and was told that 30 was the price if you paid for the suitcase before 1/11. When I read her that the disclaimer was $35 for bookings before 1/11 she put me on a long hold before agreeing to charge the $30.

Does anyone know how long before a flight I can cancel my Jetblue flight (that I booked with points) and still get the points back?

Until scheduled departure.

Is this true? I thought with Blue you have to cancel up until 24 hours before departure to get back the points. Blue extra might be able to cancel up until scheduled departure (but even then I'm not sure)

I've done it many times.

I booked a blue basic a few weeks ago, now I want to cancel it. Am I out of luck and will lose the whole thing?
If it's not free shipping it's not worth it.

I flew Jet Blue in MINT and ordered kosher food. When it was time for the meal the FA mentioned it was going to be served last bc of the "ovens". I wasn't sure what that meant, but I  told her that was not a problem. When they finally brought the hot portion of the meal, they brought it to me completely unwrapped. I asked her why she took off the foil when it was written not to open, and she said, "This is how we were trained." I told her I was unable to eat the food and to take it back. She made sure to tell me again, that this is how she was trained to deal with the kosher food.
I obviously had enough food with me for everyone on the plane, so I was not going to go hungry.

My question is, what is the appropriate action I should take? I want to make sure this does not happen to other travelers and maybe I will get lucky and they will give me a $10.00 voucher  :)

Is there any way to book a ticket and immediately cancel and get travel bank or can you only get travel bank after 24 hours from the booking?

I booked a JetBlue ticket (Not basic) with the Capital One Travel portal, after a few days I wanted to cancel the ticket and refund to my Travel Bank. I tried to cancel online and it told me my ticket has no Value if I cancel, So I called JetBlue and they told me that the ticket was booked as a cash ticket (As i see when I pull up the record it's says paid with cash) and they cannot refund me.
Does anybody have any advice?
