This would suck, given my recent AA status. Really enjoyed complimentary even more space Mia - lax - mia

I hate JetBlue

So I flew round trip JetBlue FLL - LAX
It was not until after the booking was done, that I edited the ticket in the app to AA in my quest to keep my instant status going etc

I'm checking daily in AA account and nada, so I check my JetBlue app and voila the points were there .

JetBlue supervisor claims

"The TrueBlue number was still in the ticket. The AA number was on the outside. The AA number would have to be on the ticket as well for the points."

What's that even mean ?!?

I have the flight emails with my AA # in it.

Any recourse ?

Any Mosaic members had luck recently canceling a basic ticket without a $100 fee? Is this a case of huca or am I wasting my time?

There is no option to pay, basic economy on JetBlue doesn't give you a carry on even for money.

Is it totally kosher to book with jetblue points for someone else? Is it better/possible to transfer points to another account and have them book directly?

Are Jetblue flights still able to be booked and credited to AA? Have an august flight that I want the miles in AA for, anyone have insights if they are still crediting? Does the appeal by AA mean that for sure for the next couple of months (assuming a federal case is not being tried immediately after appeal) I would be good? I see AA is still selling Jetblue flights.

Thank you for contacting us about your JetBlue Plus Card.

We understand your concern about Mosaic status. As of January 01, 2023 the spend tracker will no longer be used to track qualifying net purchases. The online spend tracker will only indicate whether cardholder previously achieved Mosaic status.
You can view your Mosaic tracker at jetbluemastercard.com. Just click the Rewards & Benefits dropdown menu along the top of the website homepage, and then select the Previous benefits option. You will only be able to see if you achieved Mosaic status in 2023 or earlier. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, JetBlue is directly tracking your total spend towards Mosaic status behind the scenes. Later this year, in the spring, JetBlue will launch a website for you to view your Mosaic tracker for the year of 2024. You can view more details about this change by searching “Meet the New TrueBlue” at jetblue.com. We thank you for your understanding and patience during this time.

The program benefits offer additional points, benefits and more. You will qualify for this status by using your JetBlue Plus Card for $50,000.00 or more in net purchases each calendar year. Please keep in mind that returned goods and services, cash advances, convenience checks, transferred balances, credits, fees and interest charges are excluded from net purchases. Purchases made with the additional cards on your account will count towards the primary cardmember’s qualifying spend requirement.

Transaction Date is used to determine if the transaction was made in the calendar year. Once the spend requirement has been met, please allow 4 to 6 weeks to be eligible for the program. Once you qualify, you will remain eligible for the remainder of the current calendar year and the following calendar year. Do not use the Spend Analyzer tool on the website to estimate qualifying Mosaic spend. This tool does not capture the net spend date and will not provide accurate results for Mosaic status.

Make sure you bring it to airport in case they give you a hard time. Sometimes it doesn’t register but if you show it to them at desk they will fix it.

Flew JB last week and had some minor quirks. Not sure if there is a reason to reach out for accommodation so looking for advice.

Flight left an hour and a half late because the plane was coming in from Boston and left there very late. As a result there was no way to get the rental car I reserved as the fight reached the gate at 1126 and the car rental office closed at 1130.

Additionally the in flight entertainment for the flight had a computer issue and the flight attendants made multiple announcements telling people to call the airline.

Is this worth trying to get something from JB?
