Would you take a flight that lands 12:15 Erev Shabbos before Sukkos? What options are there to stay near TLV in a hotel that we can walk to shul and get glatt kosher food?

An Israeli with dual citizenship resides abroad. Would like to visit Israel but has lost his Israeli passport. What happens if he shows up at TLV passport control with only is other passport?

They won't let him leave without an Israeli passport. They will warn him when he enters

Im planning in driving from yerushalayim up north(Tiverya area) for 2 days with wife and kid.

1) Is it not recommended to take highway 90, or no big deal?
2) Anyone have any good recommendations on good mehadrin eateries?

The 90 is not a problem at all but it would probably be better if you don't break down on it.

90 is 100% fine.

Does anyone know the kashrus/hechsher/hashgacha on the fruits/vegetables @ Osher Ad in Talpiot? I tried calling them (and every other branch); no one answered...

EDIT:
Turns out none of the Osher Ad's (even in Rav Shefa) are under Eida Chareidis or Rubin. It's R' Efrati at best. Was told by very reliable source to read the kashrus certificate VERY carefully..
