NJ issued $99 P-EBT for Aug-Sep for schools that are closed or partially remote. Is that the case?

It’s for the kids in school that you are eligible for school lunches- I guess this is from the summer when they didn’t get the lunches. They gave this once before (June? July?) for when schools were closed in early COVID.  then it was around 400 per eligible child.

But in this case, the family received the bonus ~$400 per child back in June(?) on their EBT account and not as a separate debit card. Why the change?
Also, this new debit card was only received for one child not the others.

I got one today with money for 2 kids on it. When I called to activate it asked for oldest child’s bday. (Name on card) so seems there should be one card for multiple children.
Can’t answer on the EBT part since I don’t get that.

I got a card today (NJ) and it seems to be a regular debit card, unlike last time, when it was a SNAP card.

NJ- I sent 2 kids (ages 2,4) to a CHS childcare for the 2019-2020 school year where they were given lunch through the federal lunch program. I thought I should have gotten the EBT for them. I didnt receive. Anyone have any insight on this?
