That guy is not 100 percent. What's the point of quoting him? Israelis are in Israel and he is a British "journalist". Arafat told him some idiocy in '95, Arafat is gone. The journalist is gone (from Israel). and if I remember correctly it was Arafat who had to dress up in women's clothing to escape Beirut.

The point of quoting is to show what the Afghanistan fiasco is doing to the terrorist psyche. Islamic terrorists/fundamentalists around the globe are emboldened by what they see as their victory over the westerners in Afghanistan.

Again I’m not sure what more Biden can do at this point but at minimum don’t try to spin it as if we had a perfect withdrawal and this is what was always gonna happen. We fudged up not removing these people before the military or at minimum have them approved so they can be removed, and now we are doing our best.
