The water company is doing work. At first they were starting early in the day and then the morning bus run was a mess. They were told to wait until 10:00. Between starting at 10, opening the road, doing a little work and closing the road and ending early, and stopping whenever it was looking like rain the process is taking a long time. They had a plan to close half the road with 1 officer but the officer said the plan wasn't safe so they shut down the whole road. M. Lichtenstein was saying we need to just get this done already and suggested working around the clock on Shavuous.

We ordered in holy schnitzel last night and the new training worker on the phone messed up our order.
Called them up and they had the worst customer service, they fought back and answered it was my fault that when they read it back to me I didn't realize she read back a sandwich with a bit of a different name (long name and one of the words was different), if they don't up their game they not gonna last for too long.
The food was OK I was supposed to get a whole fancy sandwich but I got a usual schnitzel sandwich so nothing to report back about.

I don't believe everyone will agree that its primarily service based. I'd give food above service, but in Lakewood it seems its price,  service, than quality and taste.

You are misunderstanding. Of course the quality of the service provided is a very important part. That doesn't make it not a service. What I think happens more here is that people don't get the service aspect of it.
