They appear alongside Bet Yosef on many products. Is it the same isse?

Neither of them is good for imported products. Do your own proper research about domestic products/restaurants (or decide if you even want to look into organizations that certify as "Mehadrin" imported products that are questionable as kosher).

I once saw an article from R. Dovid Cohen from CRC Chicago where he said there should be a certification on milk due to the concerns of flavored milk sharing the same כלים as unflavored.
I don’t know how halachikly serious those concerns are, and perhaps there is room to be lenient if necessary.

These are Halachos in SA, not someone's boich svaros. If you want to be extra careful, you can, but you can't denigrate someone for following the SA.

No, chalav Stam is not in SA, but once you are matir that, you are not "combining" it with other kulas. Those are the same kulas we rely on every day.

if the flavors are batul, even if avidi lta'ama , it's not going to asur keilim. Kashrus agencies rely on this every day, including chasidishe hashgachos
