the problem with har chotzvim is that you have to leave your car there. its 'matim' for people working in the vicinity.

im looking for a place more american style where i can bring my car and be out within 20 minutes

In the US you also have to wait if they have a few cars  :D
There are other options that are much further such as givat zev but the truth is that even by the those you may have to wait if there is a long line

thriffy uses them too.  if you have your car for a while you can get them to give you a voucher for a free car wash
