You can create your own account with them, and each time you rent update them the plate number and remember to cancel afterwards.

You won't be able to update the info online because it takes 3 days to update but you could call them and it will update on the spot.

There's a mechanic that works out of his car in one of the driveways in Malot Dafna. Not sure exactly where.
