That last point. I live in NJ and visit Brooklyn often. I feel like I'm always getting tickets. Definitely a few a year

Okay.... So DW got pulled over and got a ticket for speeding in Brooklyn. Going 37 in a 25 mile zone. Now I got ANOTHER ticket in the mail for the SAME incident, this one from an automated camera.

First - do points from NY transfer to an NJ license?

Second - how can I fight the redundant ticket. They are issued by two different agencies.

My initial thoughts are to plead guilty to the moving violation and then mail a copy of it to the camara ticket agency. Or to call my congressman. Any insight is appreciated.
