Hi all, my goal is travel points.
Which cards would be best to use for:
A) Walmart+
B) Instacart
C) crazy expensive online jewish clothing shops with garbage products and even worse return policies:) (goal here is also return protection)

Best non-amex for Dispute resolution?

I have a large-ish expense coming up to pay a mover.
(industry is notorious for shenanigans).
I want to pay on CC to give myself some small level of protection.

(they accept CC (not amex) online in advance, or cash day of. if they took amex, that would be the obvious choice)

I have Chase Saphire preferred, some other chase, have a BOA that I use as primary for other reasons, and a handful of others (Citi DC)
which card ismost likely to have my back if there's an issue?

(is this the right thread for this)?

Ive disputed charges on my sapphire reserve many times (being in lots of countries where they'll just charge you and give no service), and i got my money back each time. They were great. You can even dispute it just on the app. I don't know if the preferred has the same service but i would assume its at least similar

If I am anticipating a price drop now before Black Friday, are there any CCs that still have Price Protection?  I am about to make a few purchase and want to use the best card.

Price protection and return protection are two different things

Buying tickets to EY for pesach for my family of 8. I currently have the Amex Platinum, Chase Sapphire Reserve, a few ink cards, Chase Freedom, and Citi Costco card. Which is the best card to use for benefits (travel delay, lost luggage, etc)?

Amex Plat or CSR. I prefer the CSR.

OK. Thank you.
Next question (and this should probably be posted on a different thread but not sure where)-Should I book it through the airline directly, through a travel agent (who charges $50/ticket extra), through Orbitz (which is about $75 total cheaper for some reason) or through the Chase/Amex website? The problem with the last two options is that those sites allow only 6 tickets per reservation so I'm going to have to make 2 separate reservations. Is that a problem? Will the airline combine them? Any issues that could come up from having two reservations?
TIA

Using a travel website adds a layer if anything goes wrong.  The airline won't take responsibility; they tell you to contact your travel agent, but of course, Orbitz is worthless for emergency travel changes.  Perhaps Chase travel, especially with CSR, has actual people who can help.  A real travel agent may fix the problem or can come up with a creative solution.

Right, makes sense. Thank you. So I guess the question is if it's worth $50/ticket to use a travel agent.

If it were me, I'd just book the tickets directly with the airline

Aren't some airlines very hard to deal with if there are issues? Is that only Elal? The tickets I'm eyeing are with Turkish. How's their customer service support?

Turkish is more exp by a TA? interesting.

TK is pita to deal with in case of any recommendations needed.

Most agents actually have TK cheaper. Could be that is only in premium classes.

IDK. I don't think he even priced it out. He only responded that there will be a $50/ticket fee for him to sell it to me.

Some TAs only charge a fee for domestic flights where there are no commissions.

Try calling the Chase travel number to book it. I have found that the customer service agents are evil to do things beyond what the portal is able to on our end. They should be able to book your eight seats for you in one shot.
