Flew JFK-AMS in Mint (Studio)
Service felt the same as economy... anyone with a similar experience? Or was I just lucky with the staff on my flight.

Nope, mine was worse than economy. And had a broken suite bed to boot.

if i buy flight with jetblue plus card, thereby getting free baggage, will the free baggage benefit disappear if i cancel card?
Don't wait for the perfect moment; take the moment and make it perfect.

Jetblue is starting new route Fll/Pbi/Mco - ISP

There has been talk of Jet Blue flying from ISP for years and I am glad that its finally happening. The report on News 12 says that it is starting in October and that fares will be at a promotional rate of $49 each way. https://longisland.news12.com/jetblue-to-begin-nonstop-service-from-macarthur-airport-to-3-florida-destinations

I booked a JetBlue ticket (Not basic) with the Capital One Travel portal, after a few days I wanted to cancel the ticket and refund to my Travel Bank. I tried to cancel online and it told me my ticket has no Value if I cancel, So I called JetBlue and they told me that the ticket was booked as a cash ticket (As i see when I pull up the record it's says paid with cash) and they cannot refund me.
Does anybody have any advice?
Any more info on this? Does this happen with all tickets booked via credit card portals?

BH, In the end after the ticket registered as a no show they were able to refund it to my travel bank for a $50 fee.
My gain was that for some reason the value of the ticket was about $150 more that then amount I paid on the Capital one portal!

Holding onto a small stack of Jetblue points for a few years. Anything I can do with them besides for using them towards a Jetblue flight?

Anyone with experience having JB mosaic and booking a Flight not with JB directly being able to do same day change?
T&C:
For bookings made with an entity other than JetBlue, booking agent fees, other third party fees and/or JetBlue third-party booking change/cancel fees may still apply

Cant say for JetBlue but for Delta usually it does work as within 24 hours it's under airport (airline) control
this doesn't work for codeshare/partner tickets it needs to be on their stock (eg for Delta flight sold and ticketed by virgin Atlantic)

New changes to the program

Excitement's in the air, M. (And on the ground.)

As always, we've been putting your feedback to work. Following are a few things we've got up our wings for 2025. The first one is being announced to the public today, and as a Mosaic member, we wanted you to be among the first to know.

A lounge that's worth the wait
Our first-ever dedicated space to play, work and lounge will land at JFK's T5 in late 2025 and Boston Logan's Terminal C soon after, with complimentary access for Mosaic 4 members and a guest, Mint customers on transatlantic flights, plus those with the soon to be launched premium JetBlue credit card. An annual pass will be available for purchase. More details to come.

More opportunities to move to Mint
With Mint service landing in more destinations (including San Juan, Fort Lauderdale, Phoenix, Vancouver and Bozeman), we want to make it even easier to earn and redeem the Move to Mint perk for Mosaic 3 and 4. Starting 1/1/25:
In addition to the 2 additional Move to Mint certificates you earn at Mosaic 4 (250 tiles), you'll continue to earn 2 more for every additional 100 tiles you earn.
Travel will no longer need to be completed by your Move to Mint certificate's expiration date—it will just need to be applied to a booking by that date. (Changes are not permitted on or after the expiration date.)
To make the most of your Move to Mint, check out our new Move to Mint page.

Of course, along with arrivals, there are departures. Here's a heads-up of what's leaving the TrueBlue program in 2025.

Mosaic Signature Perks with Blue Basic
Starting 3/1/25, Blue Basic fares will no longer be eligible for free Even More® Space seats, free preferred seats or free same-day switches.

BLADE Airport transfer perk
We're bidding bon voyage to this perk after 2024, but if you earn or already have BLADE credits that expire in 2025, you'll still be able to use them through the expiration date by transferring them to your BLADE account by 12/31/24. Credits that are not manually transferred by that date will be forfeited.1

With the official start of fall a few days away, the holidays around the corner, and a new year ahead, there's lots to look forward to with these enhancements to the TrueBlue program. In the meantime, we look forward to welcoming you on board, and thank you again for your continued loyalty.

Yours True-ly,

The TrueBlue Team

Yeah, removing all meaningful Mosaic benefits from Blue Basic fares is just awful.  Why would I even bother with Mosaic anymore?

A non-Mosaic with a Basic Blue just had carry-on bags restored... and a Mosaic gets EXACTLY the same treatment.  If you have the credit card then you get a free bag regardless of status.  This is really disappointing.  I earn Mosaic through around 20 tiles of flying and 30 tiles of cc spend.  Earlier boarding and a free drink aren't worth me moving that spend away from my Chase cards.
