Topic Wiki

Thread summary:

Trump walks in a room.

1. Moshe123 shoots at him because he is pure evil, 2. ilherman+hachover jump in front of the bullets because Trump is our savior. 3. aygart tackles Moshe123 because Trump is better than HRC, 4. but Baruch can't stand Trump so he tells aygart he's crazy and Trump is a madman. 5. ExGingi would like to point out that who cares what he is, all that matters is the supreme court nominations. 6. Dan and others aren't really sure how this makes them feel plus they don't really want to drink poison. 7. Spoiler alert: Moshe123's gun was empty, it was just a blank.

And Freddie is in the back of the room just cooking his cholent. Until he announces that there are TWO menu choices, Pareve Cholent or Vegetable Lasagna. While etech0 figured out that they are both poisoned.

Repeat x100.

And then Hilary walks into the room with the most confidence a candidate has had in recent history. She is so confident that she eats both the Pareve Cholent and Vegetable Lasagna. Everyone is the room is aghast, they don't know how this happened, could it be Comey is behind this poisoning or was it that her Obamacare premiums were to high to get her the help she needed.

Everyone stared as she choked and was cast into oblivion on November, 8, 2016 the last day she was heard from in the public eye.

Moshe123, ilherman, hachover, Baruch, ExGingi, Dan, Freddie, etech0, and the rest of America are in total shock and hope that so long as Trump doesn't eat any Pareve Cholent and Vegetable Lasagna and stays true to his supreme court nominees this may be the greatest thing to happen since the CSR and GC's.

But remember this may be the beginning of the end...

P.S. Thanks to cognitive dissonance aygart, Michael Moore, and Scott Adams knew the whole time that Trump could win, unfortunately for JTZ he may be off DDF for the next 4 years due to his mandatory 3 times daily consumption of CROW!

As things turns out, the most prescient view on this election was that of Michael Moore! Though Scott Adams is also claiming a high view level of prescience.

IIRC they were taken approximately right before the speech. I am talking about the ones from the park service that Trump had removed. One thing I do know for a fact is the Trump photo is accurate as I watched the inauguration and they showed the crowd size many times.

The picture which was spread around, was taken at 11:04, about an hour before his speech. The crowds were still filling in.

Here's the pic from the NY Times (which was retweeted by Park service and eventually removed)

And here's the gigapixel pic from CNN that was released a few days later. Use the white building for reference.

Yes, don't want them to think that bullying is an affective political tool.
So you don't think Trump tries to bully people?
Lets say everything you say is true. How does that change who the person is or what they stand for? If you couldn't tolerate him before it does make sense to me that now you would cheer for him now based on how others view him.

Like I said I watched the inauguration and there were empty spots all over the place. What time was Obamas picture taken?
ETA: It seems both pictures were taken about 45 minutes before each speech. Is that about right?

Unfortunately it has nothing to do with him or his policies. You are underscoring precisely my point- if they weren't so cought up on undermining and delegitimizing Trump instead of focusing on honestly debating the pros and cons of policy we would be having a diffrent conversation.

My point is it doesn't matter what the media or liberals say about him. That doesn't change the way I view him.
When he calls a mainstream conservative judge "so-called" I want to know what the h*ll is he talking about. Forget about the liberals and media reports.

I agree, but they just make it very difficult when they frame it as "if youre pro trump your a misogynist, uneducated, bigot, hater and the biggest threat to America and humanity".
I would rather see that segment and approach fail even if that means cheering for Trump.

I hope we can get to the point of discussing his policies instead of his ego driven childish tweets. Lets give him credit for nominating a conservative supreme court nominee.
at least in this forum that is entirely up to you since you are the just about the only one who brings them up

I guess her "alternative facts" comment was her using the wrong words. But wait she didn't take back that one.
You are a true master of deflection you should work as a political spin head on tv

And this is precisely why people like me who don't even like Trump are rooting for him in his war against the media.

That times a million.
I hope we can get to the point of discussing his policies instead of his ego driven childish tweets. Lets give him credit for nominating a conservative supreme court nominee.
You keep.saying that yet you keep driving the conversations around the stupidity like the massacre comment which you decided was so so horrible and when I called you on it you tried to turn the conversation to another dumb non policy issue
Unfortunately it has nothing to do with him or his policies. You are underscoring precisely my point- if they weren't so cought up on undermining and delegitimizing Trump instead of focusing on honestly debating the pros and cons of policy we would be having a diffrent conversation.
Exactly.

So how do you talk about any real issue when the standard response here is you are just spewing the liberal BS?
I want to know how he is going to replace ACA with something better. I want to know how is going to eliminate IS from the face of the earth. I see nothing in his tweets or EO about these serious issues. His tweets are about attacking those that disagree with him.

To answer you honestly, I feel that the MSM is the biggest bully, shoving their leftist narrative down everyone's throats. Many people voted for Trump because they care about the SCOTUS pick or they care about conservative values and/or they want to stop the stranglehold that the left has on our nation. I wasn't enthusiastic, didn't decide to vote for him until I got to the voter booth, and didn't comment much in this thread. Then Trump is elected, and the media lies and attacks him and his followers constantly, lying about many things including calling him an illegitimate president. So when Trump attacks back, we root for him to hit them hard. We root for him to continue attacking the PC culture that we so very hate. We root for him to dismantle the media's barrage of lies. I don't think that's bullying, it's standing up for what's right. And yes he's sometimes wrong, or he says thing wrong, but I know when he is wrong it will be pointed out by everyone, R's included. Which is good, because that means there are checks and balances. When the left is wrong, if we're lucky, the truth will be quietly revised in an article 3 days later. There are no checks and balances. So you either take the whole package or watch as democracy continues to unravel. Yeah he's not the perfect candidate, doesn't have great character, etc. But at the end of the day, he's the last remaining chip that can stop a lifetime of leftist lunacy. And frankly, he's doing everything (or at least going through the motions) he promised he would during his campaign.

Here is the difference in a nutshell. You are obsessed with the media. I am obsessed with what OUR president says and does.

Please explain what he means by "so-called" judge?

He's taking a shot at the judge, plain and simple.

Allow yourself to be apolitical for a moment, and research the law as to who has the right to allow or decline entry into the country. This is entirely at the discretion of the Executive branch.

There were lawsuits all over the country. This judge is clearly taking a shot at Trump, and Trump is taking a shot back.

If you think that the judicial branch of this country is not partisan, and that this judge wasn't avenging Jeb Bush, then I would love to visit the rock you crawled out from.

If you judge his entire 4-8 year presidency on his tweets, yes, he fails miserably.

But that's a very dumb way to judge.

This is the answer given when there is no logical answer. You can't blame everything on partisan politics. Have you read any part of the immigration law passed by congress? Does it state you can't discriminated based on country of origin?

Please explain what he means by "so-called" judge?
It means he doesn't like his decision, and that's Trump's way of saying it.

It's ridiculous, but entertaining, and probably effective.
