Much of this discussion, and the daas Torah voting debate is conflating two different subjects.

One is the city of Lakewood, where we’ve seen way too much overdevelopment, tax abatements, variances, etc. approved by elected officials.

The other subject is State and Presidential elections.

This conflation is a direct result of the vaad joining everything together. By sticking themselves where they don't belong, they lost the power where we need a united front.

Any abortion bill trying to pass in NJ would be totally amoral. Anyway I think NJ already has literally the most liberal abortion laws in the country, to further it they’d need to move on to straight up feticide if they haven’t done so yet.

It's been already more than 4 months since the prosecutors asked the NJ Supreme Court to take the Eisemann case. It generally takes them about 3-4 months to decide if they are taking a case. (We are hoping they DON'T take this case, as it's the prosecutors who are trying to get them to overturn the order for a new trial.) I would not be surprised if we hear some news in the next week or two.

Now that the Supreme Court declined to take the case, the stay on proceedings is lifted. So Eisemann's lawyers can now continue to bring proof that the prosecutors did a lot worse, like willful Brady, etc...

I'm expecting some action in the coming weeks.
