I'm still wondering how people can be so sure who infected them.

+1. I got Covid last YK/Sukkos time, as did my chavrusa. Despite the fact that he runs a store with employee/vendor/customer contact while I work at home, I recently found out that he's absolutely convinced that I gave him Covid and not vice versa (or both from a third party).

Obviously it's just a guess, bu my friend and I were hanging out with someone from Milan in February 2020 for several hours and we both got COVID, followed by half of Milan.

If it happened at KWFE then as Dan reported a lot of people got it there and it could have been the person from Milan, someone from New Rochelle, or someone else.

KWFE was 2/17/20.
Patient zero in New Rochelle got sick on 2/22/20. That was also the same day I had my first symptoms as well. My friend lost his taste and smell 2 days later and I had a 103 fever a couple days after that.

Of course it could have been from anyone and I took at least 100 selfies with people at KWFE. But we happened to be talking with a mashgiach from Milan for several hours that day. Hence, it's just a guess.

Last week, someone (older male) in Lakewood tested positive and was sent for Monoclonal treatment because he had moderate illness. He had previously tested positive for antibodies.

I heard beshem R’ Nosson Stein that in the next couple of weeks there is going to be a letter put out signed by a bunch of Roshei Yeshiva advising against taking the vaccine.

He advised someone who was told their child will only be allowed into Eretz Yisroel in September if they’re vaccinated to explore American alternatives.

Yes, I don't think anyone will be shocked or awed to see an anti-vax letter signed by Rav Malkiel, Rav Elya Ber etc. Their position is well-known.

For people who rely on roshei yeshivos or other da'as Torah to guide them in every decision they make, it's very shayach. (Not meant to dismissive of people who choose to live this way.)
